PhotoPrompt AI collects the following personal data: email address and name (via Google authentication or manual registration), phone number (optional, for OTP verification), technical usage data such as IP address, device type and browser. Images generated by the user are stored exclusively on the user's device and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.
Data is used to: enable registration and access to the app, provide the AI image generation service, verify user identity via phone number, manage the token and credit system, improve the service and resolve technical issues.
Data processing is based on user consent at the time of registration and on the execution of the service agreement. For technical data, the legal basis is the legitimate interest of the controller in the security and operation of the service.
The app uses the following third-party services that may process personal data according to their own privacy policies: Google Firebase (authentication, database, hosting), Google reCAPTCHA (anti-bot verification), AI services for image generation. Prompts and photos sent to the AI service are used exclusively to generate the requested images and are not stored on our servers.
Account personal data (email, name, phone, tokens) is stored on our servers for as long as necessary to provide the service. Generated images are stored exclusively on the user's device via local storage (IndexedDB) and are never sent to our servers. Users may request the deletion of their account and all associated data at any time.

We adopt appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including: secure authentication via Firebase, encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), data access limited to the owner user only through database rules.
The service is not intended for minors under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If a parent or guardian discovers that a minor has provided personal data, they may contact us to request its deletion.
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be published on this page with the update date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the same.
